Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup may be eligible for a refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may attract cancellation charges
  • No refund for no-show bookings

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days
  • Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable

Booking Modifications

  • Date or time changes are subject to vehicle availability
  • Price difference may apply based on season or demand
