YOYO Car Rental
By booking or using our rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Driver Eligibility
- The renter must hold a valid driving license
- Minimum age requirement applies as per vehicle category
- Original ID and license must be presented at pickup
Vehicle Usage
- Vehicle must be used only for personal travel
- Commercial use is strictly prohibited
- Off-roading, racing, or illegal activities are not allowed
Vehicle Condition
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as provided
- Any damage, loss, or traffic fine during the rental period will be the customer’s responsibility
Fuel Policy
- Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup
- Fuel charges will apply if the level is lower
Payment & Security Deposit
- Full rental payment must be made before vehicle delivery
- Security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded after vehicle inspection
Traffic Rules
- All traffic violations and penalties during the rental period will be borne by the renter
Right to Refuse Service
YOYO Car Rental reserves the right to refuse service in case of invalid documents, misuse history, or violation of terms.
